Soooo, now we are almost there, where we can throw away the heavy winter jackets! The days are getting brighter and the sun is finally breaking through the clouds. We hope you are as hyped about the spring weather as we are!
WHAT HAPPENED LAST MONTH? 🤓
Last month we launched a new setup of our “refer a friend” feature on the app.
This means that it is now even easier for you riders to refer your friends, as well as keep an eye on your ongoing recommendations and those that have been completed.
The “refer a friend” bonus is currently DKK 500 for you and DKK 200 for your friend when the friend has been actively riding for 20 hours within the first 40 days of their signed contract*.
*Rules and terms may be changed continuously.
A new era has begun!
On 1 May, we went live with a new identity for foodora. You may have already seen it as our logo has changed and we have incorporated new fresh colors. But in addition to the new look, foodora is not only found in Scandinavia anymore, but has become part of all Delivery Heroes countries in Europe! This means that you can find foodora in 8 countries now.
It also means that we have got more hands to create to work on making a good everyday life for riders, which we are beyond happy about
Out with the old roadrunner app
To the riders who have been with us before we became foodora in fall 2022, where we used the rider app called roadrunner. The app will be completely shut down on July 7, 2023.
If you have not yet installed our new foodora rider app, it is a good idea to do so now. Remember that you must have deleted roadrunner completely from your mobile before downloading the new one. You will find download links for the new app at the bottom of the rider hub here.
