If you have taken a session that you cannot ride anyway, you have the option to swap it in the app, where another rider in your city can take it.
This means that the session that you want to get rid of will be published to riders in the city on the foodora rider app.
First go into the section with your session, then you press the field “Offer swaps” (See image). If you’re out in good time, then you can make an absence request at least 2 hours before session start, read more here.
