Absence and No show 

If you cannot do a session that you have booked, you can request absence in the menu section called, “Absence/Absence”.

When you request absences, they must be done at least 5 hours before the session starts.

How do I request an absence?

Guide to create an absence:

1. Go to the ‘status’ page in the foodora rider app
2. Click at the 3 stripes in the top left corner
3. Click at ‘Absences’
4. Click at ‘+’
5. Then register your reason
