April Updates 🐣

Newest updates March 29, 2023

Happy Easter to you all! Well, it may be that the weather is not exactly conducive to throwing away the winter jackets quite yet, but we can be happy about that the daylight has become longer.

WHAT DID WE DO IN MARCH? πŸ”

“It can be difficult to find the information you need quickly and easily” πŸ“²

We hear you! It can be a pain to put on the detective glasses to find answers to the most common questions. That’s why in March we launched our new Rider Support (Help Center) on the app, so you can quickly find answers to your questions.

You’ll find it in the app’s menu called “Rider Support”

“It can be difficult to find the customer’s exact location or to get in touch with them” πŸ’¬

We have just added “Rider Chats” to the app, which enables you to contact the customer directly first via a message, then a phone call and finally contact dispatch. It is important that you use this function every time you need any customer information, e.g. in relation to finding the correct location on the customer. This way you can get the direct help you need.

See here how to enter “Rider Chats”

“After my onboarding, can I get in touch with Rider Agents?” 🀡🀡

*NOTE, this only applies to riders in KBH.

Our Rider Agents are moving to a central location in Copenhagen, where you have the opportunity on certain days and times to stop by and get help for e.g. equipment, the app or other.

We will go live with this on April 17th and we will provide ongoing information closer to the date.

Therefore, keep an eye out for inbox messages in your app, if you are a rider in CPH.

HAVE YOU BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT WHILST RIDING? πŸ€•

If you have been in an accident, whilst you were riding as a foodora rider, then kindly answer this survey. One of our biggest focus points is to take the best possible care of you.

YOUR FEEDBACK MEANS EVERYTHING 🫢

Remember to answer all surveys that are sent your way! It is your feedback that enables us to work on projects to improve your and other riders’ everyday life.

Please also include the positive aspects of being a rider, so we know that we don’t have to make any changes to exactly what you are happy about.
