How to register at the DVFA

When you apply as a foodora rider, you must send your control information from the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration in your application.

Here we show you how to do it.

Step 1.

1. Log in with your MitID

Step 2.

1. Select “Nej” (No) for CVR number (Unless you already have one that you would like to use as a foodora rider)

2. Write company name (Feel free to write your own name here)

3. Choose “Min virksomhed” (My company)

4. Press “fortsæt” to continue

Step 3.

1. Choose “Jeg vil starte ny virksomhed” (I will start a new company)

2. Choose “Virksomheden transporterer fødevarer” (The company transports food products)

3. Choose “Den endelige forbruger” (The final consumer)

4. Choose date for when to start (Feel free to choose today’s date)

5. Press “fortsæt” to continue

Step 4.

1. Choose “Virksomheden opbevarer fødevarer, hvor der er krav i lovgivningen til den temperatur, de skal opbevares ved” (The company stores food where there are requirements in the legislation for the temperature at which they must be stored)

2. Choose “Transport virksomhed” (Transportation company)

3. Press “fortsæt” to continue

Step 5.

1. Fill in all contact information that is marked with a red star (If you have chosen to use CVR, you must also fill in the fields that are not marked with a red star)

2. Press “fortsæt” to continue

Step 6.

1. Choose “Ja/Nej” (Yes/No) – (You decide for yourself whether you want the receipt sent to several of your own emails)

2. Choose “Underskriv med MitID” (Sign with MitID)

3. Press “fortsæt” to continue

Step 7.

1. Scroll down to the bottom of the page

2. Press “Videre til underskrift” (Moving forward to the signing)

Step 8.

1. Scroll down to the bottom of the page

2. Cross within the field “Jeg accepterer vilkårene for underskift” (I accept the terms and conditions of the signing)

3. Press “Accepter”

Step 9.

1. Sign with your MitID

Step 10.

1. You will receive an e-mail with a receipt, stack response and control information within a few minutes.

2. Remember to have these informations available either printet or on phone, if you have to go through control checks.
