We finally wave goodbye to the heat of summer and move into a rainbow of autumn colors. It’s also the time of year when witches and ghosts swing by, so be careful out there. 👻

EXTENDED OPENINGHOURS IN CPH ⏰
This month we go live with extended opening hours in Copenhagen, where it will be possible to book sessions between 22 and 00 both Friday and Saturday. Therefore, keep an eye on the schedule if you ride in the city.
REFER YOUR FRIENDS 👫
Remember that you can earn bonuses by recommending your friends to become riders. For each friend you recommend, you receive a bonus of DKK 500 and your friend DKK 200 (Rules and terms apply – read more here).
Then if you recommend 5 friends, you will receive DKK 2500 in bonus!

HOT SESSIONS! 🔥
We have got a new feature in the app, where it is possible for you riders to locate the sessions that have the greatest earning potential on the day. They are called “Hot shifts”. Take a look in your rider app and book your hot sessions!

We’re not revealing it yet, but what we can say is that we’ve been working hard on the feedback we’ve received from you riders. However, this is specifically for short and longer orders, which will be set up more fairly in the future. Therefore, keep an eye on your inbox messages on the app when we are finally ready to go live with it.
APP PROBLEMS? 📲
If you experience problems with your rider app, please use the feedback feature in your app to communicate the problem to our rider support. Thereby we are automatically sent all the information we need, e.g. your rider ID and what version your app is.
RIDER SAFETY 🤕
If you have had an accident while on session as a foodora rider, please answer this survey. One of our biggest focus points is to take the best possible care of you.
RIDER EQUIPMENT 🎒
Have you worn or damaged equipment? Write to our rider support on email, and we’ll send some new equipment your way, so you’re ready for the winter season.
