Phone and notification settings

Here we list a number of things that you can do on your phone and in the app’s settings.


Profil information

You can change your phone number and password for the app yourself under “My profile”, which you will find in the menu of the app. If you need to have changed your email or account information (if you are on a CVR contract only), then you must contact our rider support, you cannot edit it yourself in the app even if it looks similar.


Notification sounds

When you are out delivering, there are a number of different notifications that you receive, e.g. “new order”, “change in route” or “cancelled order”. It can be difficult to tell the difference between the notification sounds when you are focusing on the traffic.

That’s why we’ve made it possible for you to change the notification sounds, so you can easily tell the difference straight away when you’re out delivering orders.

Open app – Go to the menu and press settings – Go to Notification sounds – Choose your sounds

ATTENTION! If you want to turn the volume up and down, go to your phone settings – Sounds and haptic feedback – Turn up and down on the bar.
