Newest updates November 24, 2022

We are nearing the end of the year and what a year it’s been, so much has happened! There is only one way and that is forward, but it would not have been possible without you riders! Thank you so much for being part of our foodora family! 🤩

We have a lot of news to share with you, so hold on to the wheel and read below.


Delete your Roadrunner app and download our new foodora rider app now! You will find the link to the app at the bottom of the page.

Don’t worry, the app works just like the old one, but it allows us to create new fun features.

The deadline for being on app is 20/12-2022. So download and use it now!


Every month we send you different surveys that you can answer. It is your feedback that helps to make everyday life better for riders. We read all responses and work daily to solve the problems you encounter as foodora riders.

Would you like to make difference? Then answer the surveys we send, we promise that your answers will be read and noted.

Note! We will probably send one out on the 3rd of December, so keep an eye out!

What did we solve in November? 🤔

“It is difficult to find the correct rider information”

Well, welcome to our new Rider Hub! We have collected all rider information on one platform, so it is easy for you to find answers to your questions. This is a platform that we are constantly updating, so you can be sure that the information is fresh.

But if you can’t find the information you’re looking for, then remember that our rider support is ready to help you out.

“I don’t understand what the app writes”

We have had a lot of Danish riders mentioning that they don’t always understand what the app writes, therefore we’ve been translating all information into Danish.

“I’ve tried not being able to find the customer”

On December 5, we will roll out a new feature on the app, where you and the customer can chat with each other directly.

The chat pops up automatically after you have pressed “picked up” on an order (See image below).

If the customer writes you a message in the chat, you will receive a notification on your phone. It could, for example, be “Use the back entrance when you come” or “put the food outside the door“.

This is a new feature that we will monitor how it works for you. It is therefore super important that you give us feedback so that we can work on it, both good and bad.

The aim of the chat feature is to make your work easier and avoid problems.
