December updates 🎄 

Now we start the last month of the year, December. We hope all riders have a great December and a great start to the new year, 2024. We have a lot of updates to share with you, so sit back and read with us.

Rider tips 💸

Since we went live with rider tips on the platform, customers have given a total of DKK 40,500 in tips to you riders! It’s great that it’s not only us at foodora, but also the customers who can see the value in the effort that you riders make every single day.

You can give yourselves a big pat on the back.

Advent competitions 🎁

You should not be cheated in regards to the annual Advent competitions, where you have the opportunity to participate and win prizes. It all takes place on our Facebook group, where a post is published every Sunday, which you can read and participate in. The winners are drawn every Tuesday, except from the last Advent competition, which is drawn on Wednesday the 27th.

Refer your friends 👯

In the winter months, we need extra riders when customers order take away delivered. Therefore, if you know someone who could need an extra income, remember to recommend them to become foodora riders!

When your friends apply as riders with your referral link from the app, you will receive DKK 500 per friend* – This means that if you recommend 5 friends, you will receive DKK 2500 in bonus, which you will get with your next earnings.

Dynamic Compensation Model 💥 

Remember that we go live with the new Dynamic Compensation Model on December 7th. We have sent out a message on the app regarding this, and as always you can read more on our FAQ here.

January 1 – Rider’s biggest day of the year! 🎉

Rider’s biggest earnings day is just around the corner, January 1, when the order volume is sky high! The customers need urgent hangover takeaway, and we hope you will come out and ride with us.

Remember that the session schedule for the upcoming week is always published on Wednesday. But from 20 December, you can already book your session for the big day, as we are putting two weeks out at the same time.
