It takes approx. 1-2 days from when you have sent your application until we approve it (provided it meets our rules and conditions). Please note that the time may be longer if it is over the weekend.

note! We have waiting lists in some cities, which means the process takes longer. You will receive an email about this, if it applies in the city in which you are applying.

There may be several reasons why your application is rejected:

• Residence permit type Z
• Under 18 years
• Stained criminal record

There are also cases where we ask you to upload new documents, you will receive an email about this.

If you have applied as a foodora rider, you will always receive a response to your application regardless of whether you have been rejected, approved or put on a waiting list.

If you have sent us the wrong/or expired documents, we will send you an email asking you to upload new ones.

If you have started an application as a foodora rider that has not been completed, you will receive messages that enable you to complete your application.

If you no longer want to apply as a foodora rider, write an email to [email protected] and your application will be deleted.

You can apply as a foodora rider if you meet the following:

• You must have a bicycle, scooter or car

• You must be at least 18 years old

• You must have a Danish work permit

• You must have a smartphone – iPhone 4s (or newer model) or Android 4.2 (or newer model)

In addition, you must submit some required documents in your sign-up registration: Photo of passport/ID and criminal record (it must be at max one month old).

You can ride with your own bike, scooter or car as a foodora rider.
