You are not obliged to wear foodora’s equipment, however, it is required that you use a real delivery bag that takes temperature into account, so that the customers receive the same quality of food as if they were at the restaurant.

 

In addition, it is easier for the restaurants to distinguish between the different riders so that you can move on faster when you are wearing your foodora equipment.

We are happy to replace equipment that is damaged. You just have to write us an e-mail at [email protected], and we will send you a replacement piece of equipment as soon as possible.

If your delivery bag is damaged, you must contact us at [email protected] via email, whereby we will send you a new bag. Please be aware that you must not use a damaged bag for food deliveries, as this reduces the quality and can lead to fines at your own expense by the Danish Food Authority.

 

If your bag has broken during a delivery, you must contact the dispatchers via the foodora rider app.

We are very sorry that you want to stop working as a foodora rider. Remember that you are always more than welcome to apply again!

 

You stop your partnership with us by sending an email to our rider support at [email protected]

If you want to stop working as a foodora rider and wants to receive your deposit back, then you need to return your foodora equipment.
