You log-in on the rider app with the email you submitted to become a rider and the following password:

Password: Foodora@2022

You can make your password personal by changing it in the section called, “My Profile”. However, you can also continue to use the generic one above.

  1. Go to “My profil” in the app
  2. Press “edit” by the existing phone number
  3. Write your new phone number
  4. Press “Save and apply”

And you’re done!

Your username is the email you used, when you applied as a foodora rider.

A referral bonus is a bonus you receive when you have recommended someone else to become a rider.

You get the bonus when the friend you have recommended has applied as a foodora rider via your unique referral link, and they have met the rules and conditions.

The person who recommends you must send you their unique code from the foodora rider app, which you must apply through.

If you have recommended your friend to become a foodora rider, you can follow the process via the “Refer a Friend Rewards” section in your foodora rider app.

You will receive your bonus when your recommended friend has completed the “refer a friend” task. If your friend has completed the task before the 15th, you will receive your bonus on this month’s pay day. If your friend has completed the task after the 15th, you will receive your bonus on next month’s payday.
